This large national legal practice seeks an additional Lawyer for their Employment, Pension and Benefits team based in Liverpool. You must have a minimum of 2 years PQE in Employment Law.
The team provide advice on all employment and HR issues including disciplinary issues, termination of employment, breaches of covenant, industrial tribunals, injunctions, contracts of employment, service agreements, TUPE issues and corporate support work. Their extensive client base embraces a number of industry sectors including retail, construction and engineering clients, sports establishments, government departments, educational institutions as well as administration receivers and liquidators.
You will ideally possess excellent academic credentials (min 2.1) coupled with good Employment law experience gained from a large national or city practice.
