Community based qualified nurse / RGN / RN is required to provide support and training to families and patients receiving medication in their homes.
This is a hands-on clinical support role involving training on a 1:1 basis with patients and their families. The therapy area is primarily rheumatology, but you will also be involved with a wide range of therapies and full training will be provided in all of these.
The role will also require liaison with healthcare professionals to discuss service offerings and implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the rapidly growing area of community-based clinical homecare.
About you: A registered nurse / RGN / RN with excellent customer facing skills. As you will be responsible for providing clinical support to home care patients you will be naturally enthusiastic about providing excellence in care. You will be conscientious, reliable and happy to be flexible in terms of working outside your geographical area if the business demands.
You will be able to communicate at all levels within the NHS multidisciplinary team. You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also self motivated and able to work autonomously.
A car driver is essential, you must have a valid, current NMC registration and the right to work in the UK.
This is a rapidly growing company, so as a suitable candidate you would need to be flexible and keen to learn. The position will allow you to maintain your nursing registration and would provide full support for mandatory training and PREP requirements.

Salary: up to £25000 (full time) + Company Car
Location: Field / Community Based (London/Sussex/South East)
Terms: Ideally 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), FULL TIME Candidates will still be considered. There is a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus (subject to meeting objectives).
