Family Solicitor/Legal Executive, Co.Durham, 3-5pqe

A new Family Solicitor / Family Legal Executive vacancy has arisen within a well-established firm in the County Durham area. You will be an experienced Family Solicitor/Legal Executive with 3+ years experience of handling your own caseload of general matrimonial work. The caseload will be mainly divorce (and other relationship breakdowns) and ancillary relief and a mixture of publicly funded and private matters. You will handle your own advocacy in county court and assist with advocacy in Family Proceedings Court.

A thorough knowledge of legal aid is essential, including preparation of CMRF submissions. You will ideally be a Law Society Advanced Family Panel / Resolution Accredited Specialist. 

Salary – negotiable depending upon experience. (c£27-30k+)
