Exciting, new opportunity for a CRM Database Executive to join a well established, progressive and leading regional Law firm based at their Head Office in Plymouth.  

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services you will be able to hit the ground running and quickly prove yourself as a talented CRM and Database specialist. You will be responsible for the firm's database InterAction and implement and drive forward the firm's CRM strategy and ensure that the database meets the needs of the business. You will have worked within a professional services environment and be fully conversant with the CRM system, InterAction, currently being implemented within this law firm. 

As Database (CRM) Executive you will champion the use of the system and help promote it across the business, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with employees. Your core responsibilities will include:

·         Increasing the quality of contact data

·         Database updating ‘processes’ including data cleansing and de-duplication

·         Running technical routines on sets of data, manual editing of the data and research via public sources / telephone

·         Provision of data steward services/standard database housekeeping

·         Helping to shape marketing campaigns using data mining techniques

·         Promote the use of InterAction across the firm as a single, centralised source of clients and prospects contact data

·         Coach and demonstrate to fee earners/other staff members the benefits of using InterAction in their daily work

·         Provide advice and best practice to clients around data management

·         Provide Business Development team members and firm management with updated reports on InterAction

·         Assist Head of Marketing Services to identify and evaluate potential enhancements, including other available software applications modules

·         Maintain, review and refine existing data entry guidelines: ensure that all data held is done so in compliance with the Data Protection Act

·         Collect and analyse user feedback and ensure all raised issues are addressed

Essential Skills and Experience

·         Strong skills in data entry and database management

·         Attention to detail is essential– the database requires a high level of accuracy

·         Advanced MS Office and Excel skills

·         A proactive approach, highly articulate and able to liaise with people at all levels across the firm

·         Previous experience of working within a professional services environment preferred

·         Previous experience of InterAction (CRM Database)

·         Client focused, self-sufficient and able to use own initiative

In return you will receive a basic salary of c£25,000 doe + 25 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, death in service cover, discounted gym membership and childcare vouchers.

Location: Based in Plymouth.
