We are recruiting for a New Business Sales Executive with a passion for the web and online media to join our award winning team. Working closely with the Sales Director, your mission will be to win new business, maximise revenues for our website and nurture client relationships. If you have got excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills, you will be a perfect fit. Any previous sales/telesales experience is essential – any sector is considered, as long as you can demonstrate your success in that industry, although experience in recruitment, online media, advertising or video production is a bonus. Whatever your level of experience, after initial company training, you will be expected to hit the ground running developing new business by telephone and via networking opportunities e.g. career fairs and evening events.

The Role: You will be selling our recruitment marketing and video production services to some of the biggest companies in the world (our clients include Ernst and Young, Marks & Spencer and BP). This will involve drumming-up new business by telephone and via networking opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing some of our existing clients, writing proposals and running pitch meetings.

Please note - our office is based in central Bristol and is commutable from Bath, Keynsham, Avonmouth, Bradley Stoke, Emersons Green and surrounding areas.

Salary: £18,000 basic PLUS uncapped commission (happy to reward success). Expect to earn at least £30,000 in your first year.
