You will be a qualified Solicitor and have a minimum of 2 years experience of handling own caseload of clinical negligence files. Advocacy experience is also required. You will also need a current practising certificate and good management, communication, marketing and organisational skills.

You will be an experienced Family Solicitor/Legal Executive with 3+ years experience of handling your own caseload of general matrimonial work. The caseload will be mainly divorce (and other relationship breakdowns) and ancillary relief and a mixture of publicly funded and private matters.
