Reporting to the Business Development Director you will be accountable for the alignment of all Marketing Operations activities with the firm’s overall strategy and business plans, and planning and implementing the necessary systems, procedures and measures to achieve day to day operational efficiency.
You will need to have a background in developing websites and applications with 1+ years commercial experience preferably having worked within a New Media agency environment or be of good graduate calibre.
You will come from a progressive Human Resources environment and will bring experience and visibility of best employment practices. An outstanding HR Leader with exceptional people skills and a detailed understanding of HR Strategy/Operations/Policy, Staff Resourcing, Learning and Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Employee Relations and Benefits.
You will be a qualified Commercial Lawyer, minimum 2 years PQE. You must be a team player with a real passion for innovation and developing new ways of supporting client facing, legal advisers. A strong interest in the black letter law, you will have excellent academic and technical skills and the ability to prioritise your work load.
